TICKET REFUND POLICY

Some Wild Cabaret entertainment is complimentary to dining guests (in our restaurant) or to paying patrons (in our lounge). Other entertainment is not and is "ticketed".

Special ticketed events may be sold by third party ticket vendors or artists, in which case that party's terms and policies apply and refunds should be sought from them.

For shows and entertainment that Wild Cabaret tickets, you must give 48 hours notice (by calling us or leaving a voicemail at +44141 552 6165, or by email to reservations@wildcabaret.com ). If you do not, the ticket cost is not refundable. This policy is more generous than your statutory rights (at the time this policy was written, there was no statutory entitlement to a refund for tickets) and is therefore offered at our discretion and subject to withdrawal without notice.

DINING-ONLY SHOWS

Due to popular demand, some shows will only admit dining guests. Guests who reserve for a dining-only show (even if this show is also ticketed) and choose not to dine, or choose to order less than two courses, agree to the inclusion of a cover charge on their table check.

ALLERGIES AND DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

We are pleased to cater to guests with most allergies and dietary requirements, and pride ourselves on preparing a flawless experience even for guests who require adjustments to our service. However, we request that guests with any allergies, dietary requirements, or dietary intolerances that they need us to be aware of to inform us at least 48 hours in advance of their reservation. Such guests are also requested to inform their server on the evening of all such necessary adjustments.

CONDUCT POLICY

While at Wild Cabaret & Wicked Lounge, all persons are expected to conduct themselves properly. We and our security staff reserve the right to refuse admission to any person or group at our absolute discretion. We also reserve the right to refuse service and/or eject persons or groups whose conduct is not in keeping with our standards. We do not tolerate abusive behaviour or the use of illegal drugs and will seek the involvement of the police whenever this is detected on or around our premises.

SECURITY POLICY

For your safety and security, we operate recordable CCTV throughout our premises and around its perimeter.

We do not collect any personal information when you visit our site as a visitor.
